Leadership Skills Programme
Leadership Skills demonstrates to students the power of group dynamics and organisational skills. It gives students an opportunity to experience problem solving and group interaction; and to reflect on issues that arise during the activities. Leadership Skills gives students the opportunity gain valuable leadership training and experience within a challenging, fun and participative environment.
Leadership Skills is designed to integrate into the school curriculum as an effective tool to prepare students for leadership roles. Activities are sequential and follow a plan, do, review process that students can follow in their academic and extra curricular activities. The challenges are innovative, easy to relate to, fun and engaging in a way that draws students into the experience.
